MFA phone number update

On my Verizon account, there are 2 phones (a1 - my phone (account owner), a2 (old phone number (Samsung) was released by Verizon and new phone added (Apple) to plan and become the latest phone on the plan ) on plan A,  1 phone (b1) on plan B.

When I  try to schedule an appointment at Verizon store,  Step 1 - (a) logon in to my Verizon account (username, pwd).  (b)  Verizon system 2FA (2 factor authentication ) calls either a2 and b1.   I want 2FA to call a1 and b1 instead.

Whom in Verizon tech support should I contact such that 2FA call a1 or b1.

Vz16_pro_mem, we're here to help! To clarify, there are two phones on your account, but they are on separate plans, is that right? Could you tell us more about this? Are you referring to a subaccount? Are you using the app or the site to access your My Verizon account?

To clarify, there are two phones on your account: There are 3 phones.
but they are on separate plans: 2 phones on plan A, 1 phone on plan B.  1 phone number on plan A was recently added.  This phone number receives 2FA calls.  I would like the phone number on plan A that was the first added to plan A to receive the 2FA, instead.
Are you referring to a sub account: No
Are you using the app or the site: site
Thanks for asking for clarification.  Also updating my account profile with the preferred 2FA phone number does not work.

Thanks.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Look for the messages icon that should be on the page toward the upper right. Look like an envelope.  Will be gold color if unopened items.
