I'm trying to suspend a line on my account due to a family member on military deployment.
I've followed the directions and links, successfully completed the id.me (twice), but cannot get verification of the suspension status for the line that is subject to the deployment.
.Am I missing something?
Makes me cynical that this is a deliberately complex process forcing customers to continue paying.

We are having this same issue after multiple attempts to suspend our service due to military deployment. This process feels impossible and too complex to work. Has anyone ever successfully accomplished this? How?
