Hello,
A Verizon customer is my email address as theirs. It’s not a case of identity theft (this person constantly signs up for things using my email address; I get their emails for finances, medical records, their kids, etc.) I always follow up to let the sender know they have the wrong email address. I have no way of contacting them directly to fix the issue.
Whenever I click on the link in the email for the Preference Center I get the following error:
“We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. For more information about Verizon products and services, visit verizon.com. If you continue to experience problems please contact us at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] with Case ID ########, date, time, IP and requested URL.”
This happens no matter what network or device I use.
Can someone from Verizon please contact me through DM to get my email address removed from the account?
Thank you!
