I was attempting to cancel my Verizon plus play NFL Sunday ticket subscription. Iโve read several post from my search online and saw the frustration that others were having. I was on my computer and did an online chat with a Verizon rep who was doing her best to find a resolution, but was unable to do so after an hour and 10 minutes on the chat. I logged into my phone and you can see from the images below how I was able to cancel the subscription. My concern as I shared in the chat while I was doing this is that on the plus play bought, it shows the subscription renews on September 5, 2024. In my MyVerizon account online, it showed that the subscription had to be renewed one day before March 19, 2024. This all seems a little deceptive and I canโt believe that someone hasnโt already addressed the difficulty in managing a subscription through this Verizon service. I also noticed that several people had posted comments about being told that they had to go to the nfl.com site to cancel, which I did not find helpful. Others were told to go to their YouTube Google account and cancel it there which also doesnโt work. Good luck.
