I was having issues getting the NFL ticket to work. It was showing “active” in the Verizon app and showed it was redeemed, but I never linked it to YouTube. After logging into my Verizon account from my desktop, I was able to easily link it. It would not work from my phone or tablet, only when I went to a browser through my desktop. It’s all working now. Hope this helps any that were having the same issues
