Name Change

I have had a legal name change, not by marriage or divorce, and I need to change my account information. How do I need to go about doing this?

Have you gone into your profile settings on My Verizon to see if you can update your name there?  If that doesn't work, then someone with Verizon would have to do it provided you show them your ID.
