Does anyone outbthere have suggestions for how i can get in contact with customer service that will actually resolve my concerns?

- phone started glitching, took it to the store Feb 16. Agents in store verified it was not damaged. Had be do tech support on-the-phone. They decided it was to be warranty replaced. Was then told they had to fill out a "form" because there were no devices available to send to me.

- replacement never arrived. 2 weeks later I did chat and phone calls to inquire. They said there was a "glitch" and the form was never completed. I was told one would be sent, and the $49 charge would be waived.

-got phone and the $49 charge was on my account.

- sent back tje defective device.

- was told it arrived damaged (and i am being ch a rged $299). I have photo proof it was not damaged, and told the chat agent that it had also been inspected in store Feb 16. They said they have no way for me to submit my proof. And to wait 5 days.

I am absolutely frusterated with how long this is taking me and that I keep getting charged for things that are not true. How do I get actual help?

Sadly, Verizon hasn't been helped by outsourcing CS several years ago.  If your issue doesn't get resolved directly, you'd have to look elsewhere for a 3rd party source/service who can deal with this type of issue.  We're not allowed to discuss specific details on the forums, but using a search engine will give you other alternatives. 😉
