Netflix & NFL+ - encountered an Error

I have tried to sign up for the $99 annual promotion for NFL+ and Netflix premium from multiple devices and multiple browsers; cleared cache extc; used multiple different cards. 

The website constantly says Error encountered when saving and entering the credit card information. It won't let me accept the terms and continue. 

Any idea what to do to to order this promotion?

I do not have any Netflix perks listed in my account. This is the first time trying to sign up for that.

I am having a somewhat similar issue that is pretty frustrating and I am close to giving up. When I click on the offer to sign up for the annual $99 NFL+ Premium with Netflix I am prompted to sign in to my Verizon account, after I sign in I am redirected to a new page and the offer is no longer there.

We don't want you to keep having problems with your Netflix and NFL+ promotion. By any chance, did you sign up for any other free Netflix promotion? As explained here: http://spr.ly/6609mCGMX those promotions are a once-per-account deal and can't be taken multiple times.

I have a family plan with all lines having the 5G Play More plans. I have tried both the app as well as a browser
