Network Extender Removal from Account

Under my online account view, going to Account > My Devices > Device Overview, a 3G network extender still shows up on my account. 

For some reason, nobody for the past 3 years knows how to remove it.  Every single agent keeps telling me "rest assured, it will be removed".  It's been 3 years and multiple attempts.  Nobody seems to understand how to remove it.

Not the OP, but I'm pretty sure their issue is the same as mine.  I have old, retired, inactive 3G extenders that show up on my account and there is NO WAY to delete them.  I've opened tickets that get closed as resolved with the extenders still showing on my account.  For several months the extenders (inactive and active) DID NOT show up on accounts at all, then reappeared.  Annoying and frustrating that nobody can remove these unsupported/dead devices.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

Same problem here and have been trying to get this done for QUITE a while. I need someone to help, fully, and remove two LEGACY network extenders off of my account.
