earlier today I completed a port out from my Verizon phone to mint mobile carrier. My number successfully transferred and I restarted my phone multiple times yet my phone keeps saying network blocked. So my mint sim card isn't working on it. I tried to login to my Verizon account to see wthe problem but I got the message saying that my account has been suspended and my final bill will be mailed to my billing address.
On my account, I used to have 2 phones and a mifi, but I ported out one line months ago. I wanted to get my other line off of Verizon also since it keeps getting more expensive. I'm keeping my mifi with Verizon since I love it though. I tried to check my devices on my account and the one line that I had ported said that the device has been suspended.
I thought maybe if I tried to reactivate it and just transfer back over to Verizon and possibly try again that maybe it would work. When I'd try to reactivate the line, I'd get an error and saying that I couldn't do it. I even tried to see if I could just add a new line completely and just transfer that phone back over to Verizon but it wouldn't allow that either.
I didn't mean for my account to get suspended and because I'm still paying on my mifi, I'm not trying to get a final bill from Verizon either. Is there anyway to fix this? Because I have a fully functional mint mobile sim card with my number transferred on it but my phone is not working do to it being locked.
Please help!
