No Logs Available...again

I previously lost all the message logs from 6-15-24 to 7-15-24. Many people were having this issue and we were told it had been elevated to an "alert status". The problem was never fixed, at least not system wide. Now the message logs are not appearing for 11-15 to 12-15. Phone logs were never an issue on my end, only text logs. I do not wish to have a CSR tell me to grow through the same process I have been doing literally for years to access this data. I work in IT and on the systems administration level. Please just fix this issue which seems to be happening more and more frequently. Lost data is not good.
