No good customer service

I was sent an email from the fraud department to verify my identity but after doing so my id, lease, selfie but that wasn’t enough even though it was asked for. And after all of that once I spoke to one person that hangs up on me without helping me, I can’t get through any number for Verizon for at least 24 hours. But you still haven’t helped me when my order was placed on 12/1/2024. With my money y’all take it immediately so y you can’t give me my money back immediately the same way you took it
