North Brunswick New Jersey Verizon store

Hello i just had the upmost worst experience at the North Brunswick New Jersey Verizon store. The agent was completely dismissive of my questions and scrolling on social media while i was trying to ask her questions about my situation. She then asked me to leave the store to complete something that had to be completed at the store. A week later my mom who is almost 50 had a even much worse experience with the same saleswoman and when she tried to get her name and address the issue with the manager, the manager then proceeded to threaten my mom and close her account. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
