Verizon has messed up my account by advertising wrong information when I added a new line with promotion. You guys told me I can bring in a different number from another carrier to use for the new line with their own number. Verizon even gave me instructions and told me my new line number can be recycled with Verizon so my friend can use that new line without any problem on my free phone promo. Today I called customer support and ported my friend's number in, you guys told me I cannot do that, my promotion will be gone and I have to pay full price for the promotion I got. This is really messed up based on the misleading advertising and sabotaging my relationship with Vrzn. I would never tolerate what you guys did to my accounts, and going forward I won't consider using Verizon anymore! The customer service Manager who name Manny is straight mean in the call and hung up on me while helping port the new number in. Verizon has been one the best customer service to me, but now with this happening, you guys are no longer earning that credit for me. I am so sorry to write this, but I would like to let you know how disappointed I am today and I will spread this to my family or anyone I know who currently uses Verizon to stay away from the false advertising you guys did to my account.
