On managed account w/o knowledge

My family has had me on a managed account without my knowledge and I was the person who entered Verizon and paid for this phone and plan and account on my own so I should be the account owner and manager. Apparently since I didn’t know Verizon had managed accounts, someone else in my family has authorized themselves as the account manager and changed my pin and everything so they can manage my apple phone account without my permission and knowing and my phone plan. They block certain people from calling me and they are consistently managing my life. I am 46 years old and I pay for my own phone and all my bills. Verizon and Apple have both said that they can’t help me with this

I’ve had problems for years. Apple says call Verizon and Verizon says to call Apple. I have spent days of my life on the phone with Verizon and Apple. My isp when away from my WiFi is Verizon business. I don’t have Verizon business. I have the same concern as you. I just printed out my privacy data aka logs. Took them two weeks to get together. Disturbingly enough it said my account was created in 2019. Even though I opened this account privately and as a consumer and told the sales person that I went through a divorce and I had evidence that my ex had infiltrated every single digital platform or device you could imagine.

The tech department even admitted that they could see the business Verizon ISP router connection on their side but they said they couldn’t see any further information about the router. They said they were escalating it and I would hear back from someone in 2 days. I knew immediately I would not be helped because I have been told by Verizon that very same thing at least 5 or 10 times over the past 3 years. No one has ever called. I believe they know exactly what is going on and they will not admit it because it is bad for business. They nor Apple want the public to know in my opinion that their security is not what they promise. I have switched devices, numbers accounts etc.

if you have dated or had a relationship with anyone with access to corporate IT then that is one way you could be compromised. Another is someone in corporate IT who is either unaware of the security protocols that they are held to or somewhere there is a bad actor. This can happen outside of any corporate system. As I have learned anything is possible.
