I am paying for 2 lines that I am not using because 1 phone, that I am paying on, doesn't work and it is the replacement phone that i have recieved. I also have an iPhone 13 that will not hold an eSim or a physical Sim for some reason. Apple says the phone is in great condition and it is a cellular problem but I can't get anyone to help me. All I can do now is either add another line or pay sales tax for another phone which I don't have right now. My son has been without a phone for 10 days and I am not getting any help. Please someone help me!!!
