Personal Data File Download; HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server

For some reason, I keep getting an "HTTP 500 internal server error" message when attempting to download my Verizon Personal Data File to my PC. Now I am locked out for 24 hours because I kept having to request the password when I got the error message. What can I do?

Sorry to hear you're getting an error downloading a file. We are happy to help in anyway we can. What personal data file are you trying to download? Can you provide the steps you are taking and the devices you are using to do this? Typically when receiving an error like this you can try to clear your cache and cookies and try again. Please advise

I made a request from the Privacy Dashboard to download a portable copy of my information (https://www.verizon.com/privacy/your-data). When I reach the final step to download my file, I get the error message.
