I just spent nearly two hours in online chat, unsuccessfully trying to resolve an upgrade issue. My Verizon presented me with an offer to upgrade my Samsung A50 to an S24+ . . . FREE. Attempting to follow through with that, I'm presented with a charge of $120+, plus $5.55/mo for the phone price difference. Excuse me, but that somehow does not seem "FREE." I was asked repeatedly to provide proof that I was actually made the " free" offer in My Verizon. Uh, what?? I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 17 years. This is nothing more than a slap in the face from Big V, and bait & switch at its finest!!
