I never wasted more time or been so aggravated with dealing with a business. Have to pay fees for phones under warranty, get phone replacement and doesnt have an S pen in it. After 2 weeks and over 8 1/2 hrs on the phone. I was told to order one off of Amazon and send them the bill. They don't have any pens and promise to reimburse me.. We pay Verizon for minutes and they take hrs from us!!!!! I feel like im being played with and it's all just a game everytime I call yall. Asurion says it yall. Yall say it's asurion. Transfer you back and forth so you get aggravated and hang up. If you don't hang up then they do. Definetly should be called the customer aggravation line. Yall are the best ever at it. Time to find another carrier that at least tries to help instead of saying "Im sorry" 20 times
