Ive been a customer for 21  years with Verizon prior to them becoming Verizon it was LA cellular.In the last two months Shavoine and Ricky were awesome Representatives.

Over the last year I must say  I've had the worst customer service experience by telephone. Yesterday a financial advisor was very rude and disrespectful even after i told her I had death in my family she over talked me so I was never honored an extension. I find it appalling after all these years how Verizons customer service lacks the ability it use too. I see now why people have switched over. When it comes to resolving billing disputes and issues with promotions havent been honored. 

Also, I cant recieves phone calls from family memes when I'm in locations that has good wifi which is crazy, after trading in my old device that worked better than my new android!
