Please fix the loyalty discount.

I’ve been through like 5 reps now. They keep leaving chat so I have to start over again. Its compounding the problem as I’m already upset at the very significant price hike. The few reps I did manage to get through a full conversation with all assured me that it’s being fixed my concerns escalated but my bill just keeps going higher and higher.

Unfortunately, the loyalty discount was removed recently.  If there are no other discounts on your account, have you tried asking if you would qualify for some other discount?  There are certain occupation-related discounts available if you don't have some other discount already applied.  As for your bill constantly increasing, I'd check your perks and make sure there aren't any forgotten subscriptions lurking in there, or maybe something which was free for a promotional period where the promo period has now expired and you are now being billed for subscription renewal on said perk.

If you are on an older plan which incoming customers can't get, after a while it's not that cost effective to stay on the old plan and better to go to one of the current plans as the autopay discount is less for old plans, and you don't get as much on an older plan which was structured for a time when people used their cell phones more as phones and less as portable computers.
