Ported over number, can't access Verizon account now.

Ported my number over to another carrier, but I still have Internet and another line on my account. My number was the admin on the account and now I can't access my bill or login at all.

Have you tried creating a new My Verizon account for the second phone number as if you'd never had an account? It still won't let you see your last bill for the line you ported out - that comes via snail mail from what I've read elsewhere, but at least you'd be able to manage the other line again.

We strongly recommend going to the nearest Verizon Wireless store where you will be able to authenticate with a photo ID. You can find all stores near you here: https://www.verizon.com/stores/
