Power of Attorney

Question

My father has had a stroke and is unable to access his account to add me.

I have power of attorney.

How do I provide documents to gain access to my father’s account. He is living but unable to access it due to damage from his stroke.

Please advise. No info available or accessible online.

We're sorry to hear about your father, and we want to make sure you're able to completely manage his account without any problems. The easiest way to get your documents over to us and have yourself be added as the POA is to e-mail us the necessary documents.

You can e-mail the documents to Documenti@hq.verizonwireless.com You'll need to send us all pages of the POA documentation, the customer's name (your father), the account number and phone number, and the POA requestors contact number (your phone number).

Once we have that information, your account will be remarked and you'll be able to make changes to the account.
