I purchased a phone case through the verizon wireless website. I received it 2 days later. I decided that I wanted to return it, however there must have been a glitch on the website and it was showing that the product was never delivered to me, therefor they couldn't produce a shipping label. I spoke with many agents online through chat, and a few on the phone as well, and no one was able to help me. I was told from one agent that the only solution was that I needed to return this to a store, but I am 2 hours away from a corporate store. They told me that when I purchased the item that the policy stated it was only eligible for in-store return, which was a lie, the return policy doesn't state this. I just want to be able to ship it back. I have been a customer for decades, and the customer service has gotten to be so terrible it really is a shame.
