I was trying to decide to switch from AT&T to Verizon. I checked out all the deals for the new apple iPhone 16’s. Upon chatting with someone they told me I qualified for $300 e gift card per line if I chose to switch, that all I need to do was send in my order information no more than 60 days after my order date and would receive an email on how to do this. I have checked my emails and no information was received. I chatted with someone and now they are telling me it has to be 60 days after my order date which is making me think that then I would no longer be able to receive the gift card. It’s very frustrating and misleading and after reading other comments it seems to be a pretty common issue with receiving these “e gift cards” if you would switch to them.
Hello kgray2023! I do see the $300 gift card promotion would be redeemed through vzw.com/rebate and like you mentioned must be submitted within 60 days of activation.
