I purchased a Verizon Fios Home package in September 11, 2023. I was promised a laptop after three months of continued service with Verizon Fios. It is now January 17, 2024 and I still have not received it. I called customer service and they can not verify this promotion. I called the number of the verizon agent that came to my house in September but it went to voicemail. I sent a text but no reply. Can someone in verizon please help me with this?
