Requested additional details by verizon but not given any way to contact them to do so

Verizon will not complete my buyout Submission and says they need more details but absolutely does not give me any way to contact them with said details. I answered all their questions and provided every last detail they could possibly need in an email but it will not send and fails. What is the solution?

That is indeed strange that you're not able to send that email response after being asked for more details, Christopher388. I am here to help. Can you tell me more about what the buyout submission was in regards to? What error do you receive when trying to reply to the email that you have received?
