So my brother commited suicide and you guys promised me that my service would be active until the 28th. And then when I wake up this morning it’s suspended. I have paid 400.00 of my balance and yet not one financial person has called me so I can discuss seeing if my services can be restored. So needless to say I have no idea what the funeral arrangements are for my brother
