Didn't take long to connect to live chat at all, and Hannah was very professional and explained all the details to me in just a few minutes. And it's impressive that I could even get a live agent at 10:30pm on a Saturday. A few months ago, seems like nobody could get live chat to work past 7:30pm on a weekday, so I'm happy that Verizon is taking some measures to improve CS.
