Not sure what the best way to do this is, but I spent over 2 hours on the phone tonight trying to resolve numerous issues and the representative who helped me, Vance, was amazing. He was patient, thorough, and made sure all issues were resolved before he concluded the call. I was disconnected several times (not on purpose) and he called back each time and each time I was disconnected I didn’t expect anyone to call back, I figured they’d just be glad to be done with me.
I want Vance to get recognition for his efforts and know how appreciative I am of his efforts and his tenacity on resolving my issues.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10 years or so and he was, without a doubt, the best Verizon has to offer. Please make sure he’s recognized.
