Help!
I've forgotten my password, and to get a new password, it's telling me my zip code is wrong, but I know this is the zip code that I originally registered with.
How do I access my account?

This is crazy. There needs to be a better option to access the account than to go into a store. It is the 21st century

I'm having the same problem.
I made a new one (at the cost of receiving a new phone number) because I needed phone service ASAP but then the same thing happened (won't accept pass, won't accept zip code- it's as though they got changed immediately after signing up from the My Verizon app)
I think the zip code verification is just broken somehow.
The phone service works (for now) so I could schedule a time to call support but afaik I have no way of paying or managing the service without being able to log in or interact with anything that relies on the zip code.

I have the same issue. Just went to the Verizon store and they couldn't help me. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this issue. I do not have the time to go through this EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!

OK Josh - I was replying to an issue about not having the ability to pay my bill. It keeps coming up with a "ZIP CODE" error. I have spoke to 4 different Verizon Customer Service Reps via chat and NOTHING has been done to resolve the issue. I had to go get a Verizon Prepaid Card to pay for my services, which will not be happening every month. I think the issue should be fixed. I am not the only one with the problem.
