I had to cancel service & remove app. I had placed time restrictions for texts & phone calls but it ended up restricting my phone. Even when I removed restrictions on her phone they remained on mine. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon. I talked to 4 people & no one could solve the problem. I couldnโ€™t make calls or text which impacted my job because I start very early.
