Hello, 

I am currently not in the States and I am not able to access my account. I haven't been in the States for more than a year now and I haven't been using the service, but I've been getting charged this whole time and now my bill has stacked up to more than 700 usd. I don't get why I've been getting charged, but to resolve this issue I tried numerous times to access my account to pay the bills. However, whenever I tried to reset my password the link would redirect me saying "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." I looked up this issue on google and on customer service page, but nothing would work for me. I really tried everything but nothing would work, thus as the last resort I am positing it here. So since I don't have access to my password, I can't reset it nor can I pay the bills. Do I need to just sit here and watch the bills pile up for the service I haven't even been using? What do I need to do? Please help.

I already tried multiple times, but it says that the call cannot be completed. I even added +1 in front of the number and it would say the same thing.

The number provided can be dialed from any number, as it is a seperate number from our Customer Service number. If possible, we recommend calling from another device.

@udaajin, if you never disconnected your Verizon service, then you will still be getting a monthly bill.  Suspending a line is not disconnecting it.  If you no longer need your US phone number, I'd have the Global Team disconnect your account ASAP.  It's not going to forgive your existing bill, but at least you won't be running up any more charges.

I'm just a member and not a Verizon employee, so am no longer allowed to post phone numbers of any sort.  But my notes have the exact same number for International Services if you are outside the US.  The website says to use a landline to call that number, so maybe that's why it's not working, if you are trying to call from a cell phone?  If using a landline doesn't work either, then what probably happened was your account was closed and went to collections for nonpayment.

Try using the one-time payment site which doesn't require a login to your Verizon account to settle the bill:
