After loosing service(sos)...I mistakenly damaged my cell phone screen....after visits to 2 different V stores....NO ONE advised me to go to Batteries Plus store and just get it repaired.....so I was given a new Moto _OS phone(!)....and then bought a new Samsung S25 phone($1,000~).....I was told AFTER I bought the new phone AND they changed my plan(now double monthly!)...of Battery Plus....I just got my original phone fixed for $159.00.....
And needless to state..."Victoria" at the store in Midlothian, Va. ...NEVER mentioned this.
