I went to attempt a phone upgrade yesterday when I was told I have to pay off $1000 on my current phone prior to upgrade or I could add a new line. I have been with Verizon for greater than 20 years.
I looked at Spectrum -- they offer up to $2,750 buy out an existing phone olan and a cheaper monthly rate and I can bring my own device. It may be time to move on
Has anybody had a positive way to pay off your current phone to move to a new device?
