My devices are suspended yet in 2 weeks ive paid past due and current balance and credit. Spoke with chat and support as well as self problem solving tips and no services reconnected. I have provided screen shots where it shows devices reconnected to immediately goes back to suspended. Chat support was non helpful as they could not see why the account was suspended and unable to correct. I have screenshots of chat bot telling me in one sentence my lines werent disconntected to the next one saying i needed to pay a balance of $0.00 to chat. Over 6 years with verizon and this is the very first-headache. I do not want a new phone
