The worst experience I've had is with this company. I tried to make a payment for my three lines, but only one showed up. I went to a branch in Orlando, Alafaya, and no one knew what to do. I just wanted to make the payment and ended up wasting four hours, and I’m still trying to make the payment with no success. I will never be with this company again. The customer service is terrible, both in-store and over the phone; with the latter, you never reach anyone.
They make fun of the client.
