I recently upgraded my phone at the Patchogue, NY store. I was so fortunate to have Todd help me. He was awesome and took so much time and care to help me. I received an online survey but didn't see it until it had already expired. I wanted to give Todd the credit he deserves so I'm hoping someone in management sees this or can advise how I should best report my experience. For any customers out there, go to Todd for help, he's great!
