I've been noticing recently that at least some of the Verizon agents who reply under the "vzw_customer_support" username have been better about reading the threads and not using a form letter response to reply.  You know who you are.  Wanted to express my appreciation for taking a little extra time and writing an actual response.  It's a step in the right direction towards bringing back the level of customer service longtime users remember from years past.
