I recently completed a transfer through Verizon support over the phone. But that transfer has yet to appear on my new account. And now my phone is no longer activated. I now have no way of calling Verizon support... And I don't seem to be finding any answers online either.

Hi, just to clarify things, was your number transferred from one Verizon account to another, or is it that you changed carriers and are now using Verizon when you used to have some other provider?

From one account to another. It is a newly established account.

Thanks for the clarification. I'd borrow someone's phone or use a landline and contact the Transfer of Service Team (aka Assumption of Liability Team): 888-832-4540. When service is transferred, you should have gotten an email where you have to accept the terms and get your new account set up. Hopefully the link below is useful:

Its always vital to stay connected. Was this for a new account or existing account? Were you porting a number from another carrier?
