Hello,
I am trying to buy a Verizon phone via samsung.com. The Samsung website allows buyers to finance the new phone via Verizon.
However, when I attempt to do the credit check for Verizon (again via samsung.com), I receive an error message. I enter my Verizon login and password, and receive the error "We are sorry but you cannot complete login at this time. Please try again later."
I am on the correct verizon plan (unlimited ultimate). My verizon and Samsung accounts have same email and phone number.
I've been trying for 24 hours to buy this phone. Please help!

Good morning! Being on top of your account is crucial, especially if you are having order issues. Verizon is here to help.
Please elaborate, what occurs when you attempt to complete the purchase? Have you tried completing the purchase through Verizon's official page (if yes, what occurs)?

I noticed the OP is trying to buy the phone while accessing the internet via their current phone. What if you try to buy it using a PC browser, because there can be differences between a website going through a computer browser vs. a mobile app browser. Or there is some kind of authentication problem happening.

Philpotdl, I'm sorry to share but the image you tried sharing isn't visible. Reviewing what you did share, if there's an issue with an offer presented on Samsung's sales page, then you would need to consult with them. I can confirm our current offers for the S24 Ultra naturally.
Right now if you're upgrading you can get $800 off a trade-in of select devices when on our Unlimited Ultimate plan. The plan and phone type, determine the trade-in promotion value. You can see the details of that offer, at the Samsung S24 Ultra's Verizon sales page: https://www.verizon.com/smartphones/samsung-galaxy-s24-ultra/
It's right at the top under 'Available offers' and is the gray box which says, 'Trade in and save up to $800 Upgrade required.' with a Details link underlined.
If there's a Samsung promotion offered by Samsung, you would need to discuss that with their support team.

Disclaimer regarding this answer: Not everyone gets $800 just for trading in a phone and upgrading to an S24. The offer says UP to $800. However, I strongly suspect that the only people who would actually get $800 on their trade-in would be those trading in a factory sealed, last year's flagship model phone which has never been used. How often does that happen? (And if so, I'd personally be wondering if this factory sealed phone had been stolen!) The vast majority of people going for this offer will be getting something less than $800. If your phone is old, broken, super cheap, barely working...wouldn't be surprised if you only got $10, if anything, for trading in.
