Unable to process your request at this time

I was not able to use internet from July 8th, and I tried accessing my account, but every time I try to login this message pops up "Sorry we are unable to process your request at this time." Also, I can not reach customer service by calling. It replied saying "Your calling can not be answered due to an emergency condition."
