- I’ve been trying for weeks to login to my Verizon account from my phone. I have forgot my information, and when prompted to click on the “forgot info” link I am taken to a screen that says “sorry we are not able to process your request at this time”. This has been weeks of me trying and waiting and nothing. I have even tried on a different device on a different browser. Cleared my cookies and the whole nine yards. Still nothing. Tried calling Verizon customer support but cannot get to a real person.
