Unable to redeem the $200 Amazon gift card

Hi. I am unable to redeem my promised $200 Amazon gift card offer. I see the offer tile, but when I click on it and then agree to the terms, it gives an Unknown URL error. I keep trying, but the offer is going to expire in February, so I would like to have this fixed soon, please. Thank you!
