We have a utility easement on our property. On Thursday (1/18/24) there were flags around the entrance to the utility hole indicating where power and communications lines run. I am curious to what the flags mean. If you are going to dig on my property, I would like to be notified. Who do I contact at Verizon to receive that answer? The call assistant on Verizon can't direct me to the correct office.
