VZ Refund Card

I have a VZ refund card issued by NorthLane but I was never able to access the balance. Can you assist me?

When I try to use it, it is declined. Honestly I have tried to use it for a very long time and was never successful in getting it to go through. Then, I forgot about it until recently. And when I tried again, I had the same result. There is only $9.59 on the card, I believe; however, I'd like to be able to use it as I believe it was a refund issued to me.

I have tried calling that number and emailing and have not received resolution. I am unsure how else to proceed as the customer service received has been terrible. I am only looking to obtain access to the funds that were sent to me.

Same issue here, cannot access a $154.14 refund. Card is declined / Internet access is a dead end, says the card is active, then I reach a dead end. Phone North Lane Tech. @ 800-589-2622 and you get an endless recorded promo selling medicare insurance.  What has happened to Verizon customer service ?

We understand how important it is to be able to utilize your refund. You shared you have not had success calling the number, have you attempted to reach out using the email options for support?
