Verizon Family WAS SHOWING messages sent within or calls made through third-party apps such as Apple iMessage, Google Messages. Now it doesn't? Within a couple of days, I can no longer see the text log of incoming and outgoing texts or calls. I don't mean seeing the actual text messages, Just the log. My other children use Apple iMessage and it was showing up. What is the purpose to be able to see the numbers or contacts if you don't allow the texting services that 90% of the world uses? Now I only see my husband's or my text log to my child.

I'll probably cancel the Family App service since it's not doing the job of what I purchased it for.

Hey there, BubbasKid, we certainly know how important it is to monitor family usage! When looking at a third party app such as iMessage/FaceTime/Google Messages, these are encrypted services provided through a third party which are tracked via cellular/WIFi data usage. With that being the case, we do not have access to the usage details for these services and are only able to provide usage information when using text (SMS) and calls using the Verizon network. For more information, please click here: https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-family-faqs/ ans select the tab for Activity/Limits/Filters.
