How do I file a complaint on a representative. After asking for a supervisor and being on hold for over 30 minutes the representative hung up on me and a few minutes later I started receiving spam text messages from the Verizon 899000 number. I’ve been with Verizon for over five years I have a business account and a personal account and this is unacceptable. Can someone please send me an email address so I can email someone in corporate or a phone number for me to call?
