Verizon suspended my account, and i can't port out or reactivate it.

I opened my account at the Verizon store and transferred one of my phone lines to it. Then I saw that you had a 15PM promotion online, so after it was activated, I contacted customer service and ordered three mobile phones. But because of the language problem, it was my wife who always communicated with the customer service. Then my number was suspended the next day. Then I uploaded my ID and my selfie. The customer service rejected me for unexplainable reasons, and my number has never been available. This phone number is so important to me that I can't even transfer it to another company. I have been in contact with customer service for a day, and Store Rep has been helping me deal with it, but I still haven't found a solution. I don't understand why I can't reactivate my account even though I have verified my personal information. I felt completely incomprehensible and it seriously affected my life.
