Greeting,
I've come to a very disappointing resolution after 5 months of being patient with customer service. The agents are always courtious online or on the phone. Which is great in the moment, but its apparent notes are not being taked or the next agent at the time isn't doing their history (even though it take 30-40 minutes to get to a constructive conversation). At the end of each interaction, I'm told a different thing. "You will get an email", "you will be called". Blah blah blah. "Don't worry we will take care of it " . I've been lied to for 5 months. I've been a customer for 20 years... I wish someone would reach out to listen to my details,
Then take this experience and Kiazen your process and improve it!
